Pastor Paul Oatsvall

Pastor Paul was born and raised in Tomah, Wisconsin and grew up attending church. He was saved at the age of fourteen at Camp Chetek in northern Wisconsin, then baptized shortly thereafter. He was called to the ministry at the age of eighteen. Later he went on to graduate from Bible College with a bachelor’s degree in Theology. Katie Oatsvall grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and attended Liberty Baptist Church. She was led to the Lord and saved at the age of five by her Dad, then baptized shortly thereafter. Pastor Paul and Katie are blessed with two children who bring them so much joy: Addie(5) and Bradley(1).

After working in the secular field for some time, God reaffirmed Paul’s calling and they stepped out on faith into full-time ministry. He began as an Assistant Pastor/Principal at Tomah Baptist Church.  Now, God has led them to serve at Utica and they are excited to see what God has in store for the future.

Their desire is to love God, love others, and spread the gospel message to the surrounding areas of Utica.

Pastor Paul was installed as the Head Pastor on June 2nd 2019, following the retirement of Pastor Ron Kutz after 28 years of faithful service.
